This invite serves to welcome you to a fundraiser for Senator Barack Obama and all the other Democrats out there running for national office. Not only does it support the idea of small donors taking back politics, but raising money for Obama-Biden is our best chance to see rights for GLBT Americans improve, our foreign policy made smart again, health care expanded, our dependence on foreign oil reduced, and not letting Sarah Palin anywhere near 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue (although having Track around would've been nice).

We'll have laptops set up to give online donations to both www.barackobama.com and www.actblue.org. I'll be drinking vodka, so naturally that will make me an expert on Russian-American relations for the night.

At the very least come do what you do best: having drinks while looking good.
