TNG Mixtape

MixwitMixwit make a mixtapeMixwit mixtapes

Hey hey, everybody! Once again, it's time for TNG's weekly mixtape. As always, this is a little collection of songs culled from yesterday's What We're Listening To. My addition this week is "I'd Rather Dance With You" by Kings of Convenience, one of my favorite songs of all-time. A few years ago, before I had my iPod, I always wanted one with the hook of this song, "I'd rather dance than talk with you," engraved on the back. I think those of you who know me well IRL would agree that that's kind of my general attitude towards life and I thought it would be funny to like show it to people who are annoying me while I'm trying to jam. I don't know. I hadn't worked out all the jokes. Well, did you know that if you procure an iPod, you can't go back and have it engraved? Oh well. Maybe that's what I'll put on my name-tag at Solly's tonight. (Kidding! Love you all!)

Anyway, enjoy the mix! And don't forget we're still interested in knowing all about what you guys are listening to as well. Send your mixtapes to me at rocky@thenewgay.net and I'll post them all to the site with lights and fanfare and all that. You'll be just like a real-life famous DJ-type person! Plus, you might provide somebody with a new favorite band. You might change somebody's life! Consider it a community service. :)

But enough of my silliness. The full playlist awaits you below the fold.
