Bare Some Skin, Lure the Ladies

Move over boys, Lure is back from the dead and taking over Cobalt. One of the area’s hottest ladies’ parties has been revived as Bare after a four-month break. The weekly Saturday night bash (and you all know how much those are needed) took place at R&R Bar and Lounge in Penn Quarter for about a year until it abruptly stopped in July (RIP Lure).

Many fly-by-night production groups have tried to launch Saturday night events for ladies, but none to the success of Lure. Now, much to my joy and relief, it’s back! The kick-off party is tomorrow, Saturday, January 17, and the third Saturday of every month at Cobalt. DJ Rosie will be spinning, so come out and show some skin.

Cover: $5 before midnight, $8 after (trust me, it’s worth it)
