Video Roundup

This is amazing.

From TED blog:
Hacker and writer Joshua Klein is fascinated by crows. (Notice the gleam of intelligence in their little black eyes?) After a long amateur study of corvid behavior, he's come up with an elegant machine that may form a new bond between animal and human.

After the jump, Michael Moore on bailing out the big three (and Detroit), banning divorce, Mickey Rourke returns, French and Saunders retire American style, a murdered hot dog, and senior citizens learn how to surf the net.

Like most people (I think), I don't know if bailing out the auto industry is the right thing to do. In the video above, Michael Moore gives a fairly persuasive argument as to why we should not. Most of the readers of Car Talk seem to agree.

This is a nice one to send to your ignorant relatives. Be sure to also tell them "Sorry, I don't recognize marriage anymore."

I've been a fan of Mickey Rourke for many years, and am pleased to hear buzz that this film will be his comeback. His life and career have been a train wreck, but no one can doubt his incredible talent. No matter how crappy the film, he always elevates it, just by nature of his presence. If interested, check out Johnny Handsome, Angel Heart, and Barfly.

French & Saunders depict American retirement.

This is why you should never leave your house when you drop acid. Otherwise, hot dogs die.

Hold on to your f***** hats! It's time to begin "your surfing journey."
