Israeli Transgender Film Premiere Dec. 8

The Washington Jewish Film Festival and the 16th Street J's Kurlander Program for Gay & Lesbian Outreach and Engagement (GLOE) present the D.C. premiere screening of Mom, I Didn't Kill Your Daughter, a poignant film about Lior and Yuval, an Isreali transgender couple that struggles to become what they were meant to be in a world that doesn't understand them.

Monday, Dec. 8, at 8 p.m.
Washington, D.C. Jewish Community Center, 1529 16th Street NW.

Tickets: $10.

Following the screening will be a panel discussion and dessert reception featuring guests Simon Aronoff, LGBT Public Interest Communications Specialist; Dana Beyer, Health and Gender Rights Advocate; and Rhodes Perry, National Field and Policy Manager, PFLAG (Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays).
