Robb and Robin Say Yes on Prop 8

These pro-Prop 8 commercials are so out of control and ridiculous that I am ready to give up on the idea that all people have some sort of ability to think rational thoughts.

Please, if I were anti-gay, I wouldn't expose my kids to a couple with such gay names as the idiotic couple in the "Yes on Prop 8" commercial below.

An interesting side effect of the Prop 8 debate is that I've started creating a list of people who I hope never have a successful marriage, but who are blessed with a set of gay triplets in each failed marriage they suffer through. Everyone in this video makes it onto my list (except the kings).

Math! Social Studies! Spelling! Oh my!
Gay-Math Question of the Week: If you have one homophobe sitting on a plaid couch next to another homophobe, how many bigots are there altogether on the plaid couch?

It violates my God-given right to force the government to discriminate against people I don't like.

Ugh! This is frustrating beyond belief. Read more about this "compassionate" couple and what they're doing: http://ebar.com/news/article.php?sec=news&article=3414

Wow, this really pissed me off. Maybe more than anything else I've read on this site. Two men getting married is not an issue of sexuality. No more than a man marrying a woman. I'm sorry if we're infringing on this couples rights by trying to keep their children open minded.

Who was that robot interviewing them, while we're at it?

Yeh, I liked how they'd periodically cut to him just looking grim. It's obviously an appeal to the cyborg vote.

Anyone who's spent time around Mormons would recognize those Utah accents a mile away, and that, for me, has been one of the most infuriating aspects of this campaign: if prop 8 succeeds, it will be almost single-handedly on the backs of Mormons, who have apparently contributed as much as 75% of the pro-prop-8 funds raised, at the behest of church leadership. The idea of religious organizations getting involved to such an enormous extent in politics is pretty frightening, I think.
