Rock Out for Girls Rock! on Jan. 13 @ The Black Cat

Girls Rock! DC is throwing a fundraiser this Tuesday at the Black Cat to benefit the Girls Rock Camp Alliance and they want you to come rock out with them. The event is part of their “50 Shows/50 States... Plus the District” (guess which one this is!) series and will feature: Equinox (ex-Black Eyes);Odd Girl Out (Baltimore’s all-female powerpop/rock band); and the Candy Coated Pain Pills (Members from Shame Girl, Pup Tent, DC Kings).

The Girls Rock Camp Alliance is an international coalition of organizations whose shared mission is to empower girls and women using the tools of music education to foster self-esteem and confidence.
