You can get there by all of the Metrorail lines. For the Green and Yellow, get off at Archives/Navy Memorial and walk down Pennsylvania Ave. For Red line, Gallery Place or Union Station are probably your best bets. The Judiciary Square Metrorail Station is closed today due to the G20 summit. Blue and Orange line riders should get off at Federal Center SW and walk north up 3rd St.
