Your Monday Upper: The Count Loves to ****

Which Sesame Street character scared you when you were little? As informative as the show was, it also included such a varied menagerie of grotesque or oversized puppets that one of them was guaranteed to frighten you. For me the culprit was Guy Smiley. He looked like he was going to make a talk show about eating me. My sister was deathly afraid of the Yip Yips, the curious aliens who fly into your window. (In her defense, they have remained frightening to me while Guy Smiley has not.)

In honor of Halloween, I'm posting the above video where The Count admits what you always suspected: He's a sex addict. Of all the Sesame Street fears that one could have as a child, few were sexually predatorial. Thank you, YouTube, for changing that.

Damn you, Zack. DAMN YOU. I had successfully repressed those freaky aliens (don't think I ever knew what they were called) until today. They are still creepy as all get out.

As far as sex and muppets goes, though... I watched a lot of the old Muppet Show when I was little, and rewatching it now... Well, there were a lot of jokes I did not get when I was 6. Twisted guy, that Henson <3
