Calling for Equality - Feb. 25 and March 3

In a March 24th special election, Gainesville, Florida voters will vote on Charter Amendment 1. This amendment is aimed directly at the LGBT community and would roll back existing protections against discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity. The measure would also limit Gainesville's ability to protect its citizens from other discrimination including veteran status, economic status, or political affiliation.

You can help out by calling progressive voters in Gainesville and asking them to vote NO on Charter Amendment 1!
