Tonight: Imperial China @ Rock and Roll Hotel

Local boy Brian Porter, subject of our very first Ask a Straight Guy, brings his band Imperial China to the Rock and Roll Hotel tonight. Aside from being really cute and good friend of mine, IC's main draw is their ability to bombard you with melodic noise. They've played a number of gigs around DC before, but this one's special. Its their first time headlining, and its the release party for their new EP "Methods." They'll be appearing with Zulu Pearls, Double Dagger and Black & White Jacksons.
