Thursday: The TNG "Meet Someone New" Party
My recent post "Commentary: Say Hello" got a lot of people talking. The main crux of my comment was that I'm not going to just walk past people whose faces I recognize, but I'll nod and say "Hello" instead. And if I know your name, I'll say "Hello, _your name_." Pretty simple stuff.
The TNG team decided that such a simple yet revolutionary concept should be the theme of our next party: a chance to meet some new people, learn some new names, and build a better community. So, come on out and "say hello" on Thursday. I'll be looking for you.
What: The TNG "Meet Someone New" Party
Where: Same old place, Solly's (1942 11th St NW)
When: Thursday, April 10, 2008. 8PM-Midnight.
And yes, there will be name tags, just like last time. Also, please add us on Facebook so you we can let you know when we throw parties.

I feel kind of bad that I didn't wear a nametag at the last event, but I will definitely have one on this time!
