Friday: Taking the Piss

No, this isn't about water sports, though the organizer of the event generally leaves out any useful description in his publicity emails. What I do know about the event is that it is this coming Friday night, and one of my favorite people will be DJing: DJ Lady of Pantsalot. "Her festive motto is that she'll 'play music for big glasses and colorful sneakers.' You bring, she wears."

From what I understand, Taking the Piss is a monthly night of Jangle Pop, hosted at Marx Cafe by DC Soundclash.

DJ Lady of Pantsalot will be DJing at "Taking the Piss", at Marx Cafe in Mount Pleasant, Friday December 21, 10 PM to 3 AM.
